Clarity Management embodies the principles and values used in client work in?the way their own firm is run. Our business model is unique in the industry.
Our growth objectives are based on a virtual organization, utilizing a pool of senior professionals on a cooperative basis. This minimizes our corporate overhead which in turn enables us to focus exclusively on our client's needs.
Our small size - both in internal infrastructure and client base - means that Clarity Management can afford to be client focused and to provide premier client service, which is critical to our success. Our clients work directly with the highly skilled executives of Clarity Management, not the junior members of a large account team.
To provide clients with a broad base of expertise while remaining lean & focused, Clarity Management partners with affiliated professionals as needed. If further resources are required Clarity Management works with leading consulting firms such as Ernst & Young and Accenture, to provide the staffing depth needed for a particular client or engagement.
Clarity Management associates are hand picked experts who share the value of mutual respect between an organization and its people.
