Our Team

Our clients work directly with the highly skilled associates of Clarity Management, an elite team of professionals, selected for their experience and track record of getting fast results in times of change or crisis. Clarity Management's experienced professionals lead senior managers and their teams in the identification of the real issues facing the organization through the implementation of a program of strategic initiatives designed to address the issues.

At larger firms, junior members of an account team are often assigned the majority of client work. Alternatively, each one of the Clarity Management associates has extensive hands-on line management and consulting experience. Clarity Management associates bring various areas of expertise - including technology, credit, change management, risk management, organizational development, asset management, securities lending, just to name a few.

Debi Brown
Founder and Managing Director
Debi Brown founded Clarity Management in the late 1990's after a successful transcontinental career in technology in the Financial Services sector. As a senior executive at some of the leading financial institutions, Debi revolutionized the concept of crisis management through her involvement in several mergers and acquisitions of top Banks, conversion of global information systems and the Euro currency conversion technology integration.



Michelle Niedermeyer
Michelle joined Clarity Management following a diverse career that included both line management and extensive consulting in Financial Services. Michelle has been instrumental in leading international clients through major transitions including refinancing, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. In many cases, Michelle acted as the driver of strategy and policy decisions including development of pricing strategies, integration of operations and technology and development of operational procedures and readiness assessments.



Dragana Bajsanski
Dragana, Management Consultant and Command Centre Coordinator with Clarity Management, brings both consulting and hands on expertise to clients. Dragana has extensive experience in gathering and analyzing statistical information to achieve optimum performance that meets service level agreements. She led a team that formulated statistical information into monthly management packs and worked with senior management to interpret results and to make process improvements that would ultimately result in high quality, service oriented performance. She has hands on experience in formulating and recommending new policies, methodologies, standards and processes to improve quality of deliverables. She has expertise in performing the analysis of workflows, peak periods, root cause analysis and systems communication.



Arild Hauge
Arild specializes in the facilitation of goal setting, strategy formulation and change management. He brings the perspective of a strategic planning and evaluation advisor for the United Nations and World Bank combined with the hands on experience of an entrepreneur. Skilled at dealing with both the public and private sector, Arild is unusually adept in managing change successfully with consideration to unique aspects of differing cultures. He has extensive experience in assessment and design of balanced scorecard, monitoring and evaluation systems and training programs.



Gerard Grennnan
A Project Management professional with skills and thought processes rooted firmly in engineering disciplines and resource optimization, Gerry has many years experience in industries which span financial services to automotive. Gerry started initially in design engineering and moved gradually toward large scale IT projects. He has helped clients through numerous mergers, integrations and crisis' most frequently as the "command center" leader, acting as the point person for project management and communication during times of stress and change.



David Smith
David Smith brings strong technology and financial services expertise to his clients. David has been the founder of several start up organizations which gives him hands on experience in dealing with the challenges business leaders face daily. Furthermore, he has worked with numerous clients to provide technology consulting expertise.



Leslie Whatley
Leslie is a specialist in organizational development. She has extensive experience in integrating diverse organizations, many times in "take over" situations. In particular, she has assisted clients in the transitions of people and processes during organizational changes.



James Brown
James has extensive experience in both managing his own businesses and providing client service. In endeavors which include project management, strategy design and e-commerce, he brings a common sense approach that facilitates clear communication and productive collaboration.



Tim Bowman
Tim focuses on working with clients to help them identify the messages that they want to communicate - this skill has been utilized in projects as diverse as developing websites, communication strategies and video production. He has extensive technical and creative expertise that provides clients with an additional dimension to managing and succeeding in a changing environment.



Deb Schwartz
Deb has extensive technical and project management experience, focusing primarily in financial services. Deb, a line manager for a global bank, worked through a major merger and acquisition. In this role, she developed an integrated technology strategy, managed a strategic alliance with vendor. Developed global implementation of strategic credit risk and exposure management systems



Martin Hodgson
Martin, a project management professional, has extensive global experience with clients in a variety of industries ranging from financial services to public services.



Lynn Schrier
Lynn specializes in merger integration, process improvement, business planning and analysis, performance measurement, and cost management. Over the past 15 years, Lynn has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and for Big 5 consulting firms in leadership roles. She has significant experience in the financial services, broadcasting, consumer products, and pharmaceutical industries. Project work has ranged from intense, "hands-on" facilitation of four mergers that were valued in excess of $2.0 B each along with in-depth business transformation and command center development.



Nicole Demoe
Nicole brings project management and coordination expertise to clients. Her experience as an event coordinator for a major global financial institution makes her uniquely qualified in working with clients on planning and execution of facilitated workshops. Nicole's demonstrated abilities to work with clients through difficult situations and her attention to detail make her an asset on all her engagements.



David Osborne
David has over 12 years experience as a computer systems specialist and consultant, providing high tech solutions for world class companies. Dave's most recent project involved the implementation and maintenance of a state-of-the-art Risk Management system. Dave provides excellent results and real solutions to business, helping clients cut costs, boost productivity and meet required standards.



Julie Sacks
Julie's artistic background combined with business experience provides creative solutions to client presentations and communication strategies. Experience in project management and communication in film production as well as business, provides Julie with a broad spectrum of knowledge from which she can draw to help clients develop innovative solutions to today's complex problems.
