In situations where the problem is reasonably well understood by the senior management team but consensus is needed on a solution, facilitated workshops may be appropriate. Workshops are a focused and sometimes more effective way at addressing problems quickly.

Clarity Management prepares for and facilitates workshops - including working with management to agree on meeting objectives, format an agenda, preparing working material, facilitating meeting and workshops and documenting results into actionable plans for implementation by management.

We have found a key success to workshops is preparation prior to the workshop as well as providing interim deliverables throughout the workshop to promote consensus building within the team. Workshop deliverables may include a well-articulated plan to implement the solution, open issues, risk factors, analysis of team strengths and weaknesses.
